Kuldar Sikk Steps Down as Estonian Motor Sports Union Sports Director

Kuldar Sikk, board member and sports director of the Estonian Motor Sports Union (EAL), is stepping down from his position in the union's leadership after seven years in office. His last day of work is 31 July 2026. The EAL has launched a search for a new sports director.

The Estonian Motor Sports Union (EAL) is facing an important personnel change – long-serving board member and sports director Kuldar Sikk has decided to leave the organisation. Sikk's last day at the EAL is 31 July 2026, marking the end of his seven-year tenure in the union's leadership.

Following Sikk's departure, the EAL has opened a recruitment process to fill the position of sports director and board member, seeking a successor who will continue to coordinate and develop work in Estonian motorsport.

Over seven years, Sikk has been one of the central figures in Estonian motorsport administration, responsible for managing day-to-day sporting activities as well as the union's strategic decisions.
