Justament Guitarist Viktor Vassiljev Laid to Rest on His 72nd Birthday Following Farewell at Tallinn Kaarli Church

Viktor Vassiljev, guitarist for the band Justament, passed away on 28 February following a serious illness and was buried on 29 May—exactly on his 72nd birthday. Friends and colleagues said goodbye to him at Tallinn Kaarli Church on 4 March.

Viktor Vassiljev was known above all as the guitarist for Justament, but also played in the band Fix. Both ensembles have held important places in Estonian music history. Colleagues and fans paid their final respects with the words: "Rest in peace, good friend!"
